Vibration-Free, Every Time
A turbocharger core spins at speeds most engines can’t dream of — up to 230,000 rpm. At those speeds, even a fraction of a gram of imbalance becomes a punishing vibration that destroys bearings within hours.
Our dynamic balancing rig measures imbalance to within 0.01 g·mm, then guides precision material removal until the core spins perfectly true. It’s the single most important step in any turbo rebuild — and one you cannot skip.

Restoring Perfect Concentricity
Foreign object impacts, over-speeding and thermal shock can leave a turbine shaft with a fraction of a millimetre of bend — invisible to the eye but catastrophic in service.
Where the shaft is repairable, we use a specialist straightening rig with dial indicators reading to 0.001 mm to bring it back to true. Where it isn’t, we replace the wheel-and-shaft assembly with a matched OEM equivalent.

Diagnose First. Fix Second.
Half the turbos brought to us for “replacement” turn out to be perfectly fine — the real problem was elsewhere. A blocked catalytic converter, sticking actuator, leaking intercooler pipe, or a faulty MAP sensor can all mimic a failing turbo.
We run a structured diagnosis: physical inspection, actuator check, wastegate/VNT movement test, boost pressure reading, and axial/radial play measurement. Only when the turbo is proven to be the culprit do we recommend rebuild or replacement.

Clean Without Compromise
Carbon buildup in exhaust housings and rust on turbine volutes strangle a turbo’s efficiency. Chemical stripping can eat into base metal; wire brushing leaves surface grooves that collect more carbon later.
Our shot blasting cabinet uses graded media that lifts contamination cleanly off the metal without damaging the substrate — returning castings to a smooth, factory-fresh finish.
